China launched a Project on Wednesday, promoting the quality of undergraduates courses through teaching reform.

The Education Minister Zhou Ji said that high schools should pay closer attention to the training of creative personnel, establishing and completing a practical education system, and applying information technology as major methods of raising education standards.

High schools should guarantee more investment, enhance management procedures and deepen teaching reforms.

The Ministry of Education has also issued detailed documents promoting higher educational quality.
