XHNTCBC Today: * An enterprise under the direct leadership of the Administrative Committee of XTHIDZ, founded in 1996; * The registered capital is RMB 8,000,000; the total assets are RMB 16,000,000; the brooding area covers 4,300 square meters; * 20 enterprises have entered the center; more than 30 high and new technological achievements are being brooded; * There is a registry office of XTHIDZ and Xiamen office of the Chinese Hi-tech Industrialization Cooperative Organization Items of service: * Consultation on opening an enterprise of Chinese, foreign or joint investment and registration agency; * Employment, training and management of professional employees; * Daily management, secretary, logistics, commerce, finance and information services for enterprises; * Development planning and making strategic decisions for enterprises, and experts' consultation, diagnosis and demonstration services; * Project evaluation, market research, development of new products, and support in testing of the products under development; * Risk capital support, cooperation in financial leasing, and scientific loan service; * Enterprise qualification registry, application of achievements in scientific research, registry of contract of technological trade, and other services. The Foreign Investment Service Center of XTHIDZ Guidelines: To fulfil the "Second Career Building" of XTHIDZ, strengthen the introduction of investment of XTHIDZ, and to realize the coordinated service process for foreign investments. Services: To attract investment from home and abroad in representation of XTHIDZ and handle preparatory work for the attraction of investment for key projects of Xiamen Municipal government. To provide a coordinated process of service for the foreign investors, including carrying out the preparatory work for them, doing feasibility research for their projects, and handling capital acceptance, customs registration, business registration, legal person code registration, tax registration and other applications for approval. To provide follow-up service for the foreign-invested enterprises in XTHIDZ and help them to solve concrete difficulties.
